This page contains the terms and conditions regarding the projects and services offered by the site www.identidadevisual.biz. Please, before sending any order read them attentively.

By filling out and sending the request form and/or paying, the client will be automatically agreeing with the conditions described below.

All the content of this site is property of IDENTIDADE VISUAL and can´t be copied without the proper permission. All rights are reserved.

> Services, deadlines and prices

Each package or service offered by this site follows the quality, deadline and prices conditions specified in the packages and services sections and can have its content modified in any moment without previous communication.

In case revisions are requested, the deadline for presentation is 7 working days for each request.

IDENTIDADE VISUAL does not offer, in any case, services of graphic production.

> Attending

Every communication with the client will be done preferably through the internet, with the contact forms avaliable in the site www.identidadevisual.biz or through the e-mail contact@identidadevisual.biz.

> Payment

All the payment is processed by Paypal. The client can choose between any options offered by that company.

The agreement with the service, as well as the deadline to the presentation, can only begin from the payment confirmation date and will be informed to the client by e-mail.

> Approval / sending of project

The project can be considered finalized when the client approve it, which will happen by e-mail.

After approved by the client the project will be sent by e-mail in compacted file (.zip), in the formats specified in the requested package or service description.

The images regarding the offered packages, shown in this site, are merely illustrative, not corresponding, in any means, to the final product to be sent to the client wich is the compacted file to be sent by e-mail.

> Property and reproduction rights

The property and reproduction rights of the final project are transfered automatically to the client when the files are approved and sent.

Projects not approved are property of IDENTIDADE VISUAL being prohibited the use and reproduction for any means.

IDENTIDADE VISUAL has the right to exhibit on the internet the approved and finalized projects, for example purposes.
